It’s taken me years to get an ordering website up and running, but I’m finally ready to do away with the order spreadsheets and enable orders through this website.
Some Things You Need to Know
Only members can order through the website. Existing Denver Raw Feeders members will have to apply for membership via the website at Joining Denver Raw Feeders, and then when I approve the application, complete your membership with a payment of $5.00.
This process is necessary to prevent just anybody joining the group and ordering on our site.
As as existing member, when you complete the membership application form enter your own name and email in the referrer fields. When you receive your membership approval email proceed to the membership payment link. On that form there is a field “pickup-person” – please enter n/a in that field.
Please don’t leave applying for your membership and login to the last minute, I can’t promise I’ll be at a computer where I can approve it straight away. If you plan on submitting your order close to the order deadline, I’d suggest you apply for your membership well in advance and then place your order when ready.
Denver Orders
The minimum order quantity is 120#. If you want to order less than this quantity have your designated pickup person add your order to theirs. You will pay them, and they will pay me.
Order Opening and Closing Dates
I’ll be posting order opening and closing dates here and on the facebook/io groups .
You will only be able to view the shop between order opening and closing dates, and only the vendor products for the vendor that we’re ordering through for the current month will show.
Glitches and Errors
I’m sure there will be some glitches and errors as we go through this online order process for the first time. Please be patient; I’ll fix them as quickly as possible. Please notify me by text, email or the contact form should you run into any problems on the site.
When Will the Next Order Open?
I’ll be opening our next order as soon as I get an order cut-off date from Dan.
