The Basic Ordering Process
Each month, we place raw meat orders with either Ross Wells Inc. or Midwest Legacy Beef LLC. Orders are collected through this webpage, and then one group order is placed with the supplier. Individual members submit their payments to Ruff Row Raw LLC, and then Ruff Row Raw LLC orders the meat, pays the suppliers, shipping companies, and handling facilities. We order from one supplier one month, and then the following month we will order from the other supplier.
Each month, members will receive an email notifying them that the ordering window is open, when it will close, and when the order will be delivered. Orders are placed monthly, but the time between deliveries varies between 4 to 5 weeks. Members will only be able to place orders during the ordering window listed in the email.
Who Can Order
The web store where meat orders are placed is restricted to members of Denver Raw Feeders. To become a member, please click through to: Joining Denver Raw Feeders and complete an application. You must have a referral from an existing member to join this group.
Product Delivery
The product is delivered to 3 locations in Colorado, where members pick up their orders. These locations are:
Denver: Mile High Cold Storage, 5115 Peoria St., Denver 80227
Colorado Springs: Romar Enterprises, 721 Nichols Blvd, Colorado Springs 80919
Lasalle: 21750 WCR 35, Lasalle, 80645 (note this is not a cold storage facility. Members are encouraged to assist sorting the product, and pickups must be made promptly)
New members are added to Denver Raw Feeders by existing member referrals only. Membership is a privilege, not a right. A lot of work is required to keep this group operating smoothly, and members must abide by our rules and cooperate to make the ordering and pick-up process as seamless as possible.
